Construction of outdoor classroom and play area in Annalong.
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council invites tenders for the supply and installation of a new outdoor Messy Play activity area and associated site works at Moneydarragh Community Hub, Annalong, under the PEACEPLUS programme. The works include civil engineering, landscaping, paved areas, land clearance, and ground maintenance. The contract is for a period of 3 weeks, commencing not before August 2026, using the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract.
