FHDC appoints Lead Designer for Folca 2 Phase 2, with direct Fire Consultant appointment.
Folkestone and Hythe District Council (FHDC) seeks to appoint a Lead Designer for the Folca 2 Phase 2 project, covering RIBA Stages 3-7 from detailed design to completion. The appointed Lead Designer must propose a full consultant team, but due to insurance market restrictions on Professional Indemnity Insurance for fire safety, the Fire Consultant will be appointed directly by FHDC.
