Looe Town Council seeks a contractor for the refurbishment of plumbing and sanitary ware at Guildhall Public Conveniences. The scope includes removal, refurbishment, and refitting of all plumbing and sanitary ware, as well as general maintenance to allow for new flooring. Works are to be carried out in three phases: week one (commencing 7th September) for removal and plumbing repairs, week two (14th September) for resin flooring installation by another contractor, and week three (23rd September) for installation of new fixtures. The contractor must provide and install 5 commercial quality cisterns, 5 toilet bowls, 5 cubicles, 2 sink vanity units, 4 sinks with low water taps, and 1 accessible toilet and sink. All waste must be removed daily, and the works must be guaranteed for 6 months. Quotes for fixtures and fittings must be included, with a breakdown of costs for each element and an overall project cost valid for 4 months.
