Main Contractor for Classroom Upgrades at Queen Charlotte College, Picton

The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, through Onus Projects, invites tenders for a main contractor to refurbish 15 classrooms in the A Block at Queen Charlotte College in Picton, New Zealand. The works must be completed during school holidays and study leave, with practical completion by 28 February 2027. The contract will be a Medium Works Contract, and site visits are by appointment only. Tenders close on 24 June 2026.
