Plant Control Systems Functional Assessment

UK Fusion Energy Ltd (UKFE) is conducting preliminary market engagement for a Plant Control Systems Functional Assessment to support the STEP (Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production) plant control preliminary design. The work package includes identifying interfaces, processes, regulations, operations, safety hazards, protection, security, and control assessments for the Plant Control System and its interfaces with lower-level control systems. The scope is limited to preliminary design level and requires regular engagement with the STEP design team. This is not a tender opportunity but a market sounding exercise; a separate notice will be published if a tender is issued.
