The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to Sciex for the replacement of operating system software on four existing Sciex mass spectrometers. The software must be compatible with the existing instruments and is proprietary to Sciex. No other vendor can provide the required software. The procurement is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for sole source acquisitions. Interested parties may submit capability statements by the response date.
