Concession for port rehabilitation and operation in Cap d'Ail.
The Metropolis Nice Côte d'Azur is seeking a concessionaire to rehabilitate and operate the port of Cap d'Ail. The scope includes renovation of port infrastructure, management of moorings, and provision of port services. The concessionaire will be responsible for financing, designing, and executing the works, as well as operating the port for a duration of 30 years. Requirements include technical and financial capacity, experience in port management, and compliance with environmental regulations. The contract is a public service concession with a value estimated between €10 million and €50 million.
