CIHR seeks 2 senior OD consultants for 8-month resources alignment review.
The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) seeks two senior organizational development consultants (Level 3) for an 8-month contract starting July 2026. The consultants will support a resources alignment review. Only TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) holders for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region (Ottawa/Gatineau) under the E60ZT-18TSPS series are invited to bid, though uninvited SA holders may request an invitation. Bids must be emailed to procurement-approvisionnements@cihr-irsc.gc.ca with a 35 MB limit. Security clearance is required, with fingerprinting costs borne by the bidder.
