Framework for minor housing works, 11 lots, 2+1 year term.
New Forest District Council (NFDC) seeks to establish a multi-contractor framework agreement (2026-30) for minor works related to residential housing and other council buildings. The framework is split into 11 lots covering multi-trade work, cleaning, drainage, electrical, fencing, flooring, garage doors, glazing, locksmith, roofing, and void refurbishment. Each lot will have up to three contractors awarded. The initial term is 2 years with a possible 1+1 extension. Works are allocated based on operational demand and budget, with no guaranteed volume. Contractors must comply with the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2024 and submit bids via the South East Business Portal.
