Travel compliance review and advisory support for FMCS.
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) seeks a contractor to provide travel compliance review and advisory support services. The contractor will review travel vouchers and supporting documentation for compliance with federal travel regulations and FMCS policies, provide advisory support to travelers and approving officials, and assist with travel-related audits. The contractor must have experience with federal travel regulations (e.g., FTR, JTR) and possess relevant certifications (e.g., CTC, CCTE). The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. This is a small business set-aside.
