Road safety studies for Cumbria Road Safety Partnership.
Westmorland and Furness Council seeks a supplier to conduct Engineering Safety Studies (ESS) for the Cumbria Road Safety Partnership (CRSP) Group. The studies will address safety concerns from the public or partners, or be triggered by collision criteria. The work involves analyzing collisions at single sites or along routes to identify infrastructure issues such as road markings or traffic signs. The supplier will produce reports with initial remedial options, including First Year Rate of Return and recommended schemes. The contract is a call-off from a framework agreement for the period 2026-2027.
