Bolton NHS FT seeks market input for new PAS replacement.
Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is conducting preliminary market engagement for a new Patient Administration System to replace its existing iSOFT i.PM/Lorenzo i.EPR system, which has been in use since 2008 and is supported by Dedalus until August 2028. The Trust is evaluating whether to procure a standalone PAS or an integrated EPR and PAS solution. The scope includes licensing, implementation (project management, configuration, data migration, integration, training), and ongoing maintenance and support. Hosting options include on-premise or supplier-hosted via public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) or data centre. Suppliers must be able to provide services both on-site and remotely.
