Newry, Mourne and Down District Council seeks a contractor for the PEACEPLUS PP1020 project to create an extension to St Monicas Boxing Club facilities. The work includes constructing an extension for toilet facilities, an office, and kitchen accommodation, as well as an internal steel mezzanine floor within the existing gym space. The mezzanine will include a sound-proofed partition room for counselling work, flooring, stairs, and associated electrical and fit-out works. The contract is under NEC4 ECSC Short Contract terms.
