Temporary Accommodation

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is exploring options to expand temporary accommodation for homeless individuals, refugees, and migrants. The council seeks providers of privately owned accommodation and independent settings, as well as traditional provision, to meet increasing demand. Providers must be able to supply temporary and emergency accommodation under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. This is a pre-procurement engagement to inform a future tender. No contract value or duration is specified.
