RFI: Parks, Green Spaces and Market Street Public Toilets Maintenance and Cleaning Contract

Kidderminster Town Council, via West Mercia Police Contracts and Procurement Team, is conducting pre-market engagement for a maintenance and cleaning contract covering parks, green spaces, and public toilets on Market Street. This RFI aims to understand market capability, capacity, and gather input on scope and delivery model before a formal tender under the Procurement Act 2023. Participation is voluntary and does not commit the council to a procurement. Responses are due by 31 July 2026 via InTend.
