The Pirbright Institute seeks a single principal contractor for a steam upgrade project. The scope includes stage 4 mechanical, electrical, and civil design; enabling works for new steam and condensate return connections; supply and installation of steam and condensate equipment; phased changeover of steam delivery; decommissioning and removal of existing boiler house (WBH); disconnection of utilities; and commissioning with handover of a Project Information Folder. The contractor must manage all works as principal contractor. The contract is below threshold and open competition.
