Façade refurbishment for University of Sheffield Students' Union Bar.
The University of Sheffield seeks a contractor for minor refurbishment works to the front façade of the Bar One Students' Union Bar. Works include masonry repairs, concrete repairs and protective treatments, installation of new cladding, new signage and lighting, and repainting of existing metal railings and entrance door. The project is a single phase, and the bar will be closed to the public during works, though staff may be present. Site visits are scheduled for 5 June 2026. Tenders must be submitted via the University's e-tendering system.
