The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires laboratory and sampling services for the Environmental Monitoring and Assessment (EMA) program. The contractor will provide field sampling, laboratory analysis, and data management for water, sediment, and biological samples. Services include sample collection, chain-of-custody, and analysis for physical, chemical, and biological parameters. The contract is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 541380 (Testing Laboratories). The period of performance is one base year plus four option years.
