The National Park Service, through the MWR Midwest Region, is soliciting for alarm monitoring and annual inspection services at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (SLBE) in Empire, Michigan. The contractor will provide 24/7 monitoring of fire and security alarm systems, as well as perform annual inspections and testing of all alarm equipment. The contract is set aside for small businesses (SBA) and requires compliance with NFPA standards. The period of performance is a base year plus four option years, with work to be performed at the park's facilities.
