Residential Space for Lease in Iqaluit

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking expressions of interest from Registered Inuit Firms and other parties for residential units in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Requirements include one to four bedroom units with one energized parking space each, a lease term of approximately five years, and compliance with PSPC's Standards for Leased Residential Accommodation, Canada Labour Code, Canadian Electrical Code, and National Building Code. PSPC reserves the right to early terminate any unit with 90 days' notice and may install monitoring equipment for fuel, water, and electricity.
