The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting multiple award contracts for demolition services. The scope includes the demolition of structures, removal of debris, and site restoration across various BIA locations. Contractors must have experience in demolition and be registered in SAM.gov. The contract is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act. The contract period is five years with a maximum value of $49 million. Offerors must submit technical and price proposals.
