Evaluation Services to Build an Indigenous Evaluation Framework for the Setting New Directions Strategic Plan

The Tri-agency (CIHR, NSERC, SSHRC) seeks a contractor to conduct an Indigenous-centered evaluation of the Setting New Directions strategic plan (2020–present). The evaluation will use an existing mixed methodology framework to assess performance across governance, institutional, and community domains. The contractor will engage with the research community and produce evidence-based findings and actionable recommendations to inform future Indigenous research policy and program design. This procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), meaning only Indigenous businesses may bid.
