The British Embassy and its Consular Network in Spain are procuring telecommunication services to support operational requirements across Spain. The procurement is split into three lots: Lot 1 – Mobile services, Lot 2 – Landline services, and Lot 3 – Residence solution. The Authority reserves the right to award one or two suppliers. The process uses a Competitive Flexible Procedure with two stages: a Request for Quotation followed by an Invitation to Tender for selected bidders. The exact scope and final requirements are issued only to invited bidders.
