Library of Congress seeks vendors for electronic resources.
The Library of Congress, through its FEDLINK program, is soliciting proposals for a multiple-award contract to provide electronic resources and related services to federal libraries and information centers. The procurement covers a broad range of electronic content, including databases, e-journals, e-books, and other digital resources, as well as associated support services such as training and technical assistance. The contract is open to all qualified vendors, with no specific set-asides or mandatory certifications indicated. The period of performance is expected to be a base year plus four option years, with an estimated total value exceeding $10 million based on the scale of FEDLINK's previous acquisitions.
