HMRC awards Monday.com contract for brand and creative work management.
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has awarded a contract to Softcat plc for Monday.com Work Management under the G-Cloud 14 Framework. The contract provides a cloud-based work management platform for HMRC Brand and Creative Services, including 25 named-user licences, implementation, configuration, training, and 24/7 support. The solution replaces manual processes for commissioning, workflow management, task tracking, approvals, and resource planning. The contract was awarded via a call-off from the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement.
