Parapet replacement on A27 railway bridge via framework call-off.
Hampshire County Council is procuring parapet replacement works on the A27 Segensworth Link railway bridge via a call-off from Lot 2 (East) of the Generation 5 Civil Engineering, Highways & Transportation Collaborative Framework 2024-2028. The scope includes installing edge protection, removing existing parapet, testing anchorages, installing new parapet, completing Network Rail forms (C, E, Task Briefing Sheets, Work Package Plan), and providing a CRE-C nomination. Additionally, an existing section of VRS will be removed and replaced with a new connection to the parapet. Bidders must be part of the framework and have experience with railway bridge works and Network Rail compliance.
