Defence Construction Canada (DCC) seeks design-build teams for multi-unit residential housing at three Canadian Forces bases: CFB Gagetown (NB), 14 Wing CFB Greenwood (NS), and CFB Halifax/12 Wing Shearwater (NS). Three separate contracts will be awarded, each following a modified design-build approach. Estimated costs range from $295-$370M (Gagetown), $105-$131M (Greenwood), and $174-$218M (Halifax). Bidders must submit via MERX; questions must be directed only to the specified point of contact. The procurement is subject to CFTA, CETA, and WTO-GPA.
