The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires IT research and advisory services to support its digital transformation, including project prioritization, agile program management, and business process transformation. The contract includes a secure online platform with unbiased IT intellectual property, 24/7 access to research and tools for management up to DG level, in-person support at ADM/DG level, and workshops. The contract is for 25 months starting September 2026, with a tiered subscription model (Tier 1 x5).
