Operation of the energy recovery center and associated equipment of the C.U.D. and design, construction and financing of related optimization works

The Communauté Urbaine de Dunkerque (C.U.D.) is procuring the operation of its energy recovery center and associated equipment, along with the design, construction, and financing of optimization works. The contract covers the full lifecycle management of the facility, including maintenance and performance improvements.
