Queenstown-Lakes District Council (QLDC) seeks proposals from qualified forestry and ecological experts to develop a Harvest and Restoration Plan for the Ben Lomond Reserve. The plan must assess harvest options, staged removals, and support restoration of a healthy forest ecosystem while reducing wildfire risk. Respondents are encouraged to visit the public reserve; no site visit will be arranged. The contract involves environmental and forestry consulting services.
