FCDO invites industry to market engagement for global estates programme.
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is hosting a market engagement event on 28 July 2026 in London to discuss its overseas estate management and construction programme. The FCDO manages over 5,900 properties across 179 countries, valued at approximately £2.4 billion, including diplomatic compounds, offices, and residential accommodations. The event aims to provide early insight into the scale and complexity of international projects, covering construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance. FCDO seeks organisations experienced in international construction, design, facilities management, and programme delivery in complex environments. Attendance is limited to one representative per organisation, and registration is required by 17 July 2026.
