Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) seeks a cloud-based National Intelligent Integrated Audit Solution (NIIAS) to monitor user access to the NHS Wales single patient record and other national clinical applications. The solution must process audit logs from specified systems, provide dashboard insights on user behavior, and integrate via API with NHS Wales systems for real-time identity validation. It must be scalable, support legacy connections, and be hosted on a cloud platform integrated with DHCW's network. The contract covers all 7 Health Boards and 5 of 6 other statutory organizations across Wales.
