Editorial and digital support for EU urban program URBACT.
The French National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT) is procuring editorial and digital support services for the European URBACT program. The framework agreement covers content creation, digital communication, and possibly website management to promote urban sustainable development across EU cities. Bidders must demonstrate experience in EU-funded program communication and multilingual content production. The contract is expected to run for up to 4 years with an estimated value between €100,000 and €1 million.
