Swindon seeks integrated sexual health services provider for up to 9 years.
Swindon Borough Council is procuring integrated sexual health services under a single-lot model covering clinical services, digital access, postal testing, LARC in GP practices, outreach, and prevention. The contract is for an initial 60 months with two optional 24-month extensions, totaling up to 9 years. The guaranteed contract value is £13.1m for the initial 5 years and up to £23.58m for the full 9-year term. Providers must be suitably qualified and experienced; the procurement follows the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations. Out of Area income (estimated £350k/year) is excluded from the guaranteed value but retained by the provider.
