Places for People Group Ltd is establishing a national framework for responsive repairs and capital component replacement works across its housing stock, supplementing its Direct Labour Organisation. The framework includes specialist lots for roofing, drainage, and scaffolding/access services, and extends to other Group areas such as PfP Students accommodation. Bidders must be able to deliver nationwide services. The framework is intended for multiple contractors across various lots.
