Survey-based research on workers' experiences of low-paid work

The Low Pay Commission (LPC) seeks a contractor to conduct a two-wave survey of workers in low-paid jobs, including those earning at or near the National Living Wage (NLW). The research will explore workers' views and experiences, complementing the LPC's quantitative analysis. The project runs from late 2026 to November 2027, with a final report due by November 2027. The maximum budget is £50,000 (excluding VAT). Tenders must address three quality criteria (understanding, methodology, ability to deliver) and include a pricing schedule.
