New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) seeks an experienced design-and-build contractor for the replacement of the Urenui Swing Bridge, a pedestrian suspension bridge. The new bridge must have a minimum 50-year design life, improved resilience to flooding and climate change, and reduced maintenance.
