The Department of Homeland Security, through the Federal Protective Service (FPS), intends to award a contract for Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at the Washington, DC facility. The procurement covers armed security personnel to protect federal buildings and assets. Contractors must provide qualified, trained, and armed security officers meeting DHS standards. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a base year plus four option years. This is a presolicitation notice; the solicitation will be issued on or about March 15, 2025.
