Nouvelle Aquitaine Mobilités is procuring the setup and operation of a Customer Relations Center (CRC) to handle user inquiries, assistance, and complaints. The center will serve as a single point of contact for users of the regional mobility services. The contract includes the provision of multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) and requires the bidder to demonstrate experience in managing similar centers. The estimated contract duration is 4 years with a total value between €1 million and €10 million.
