Microsoft partner for data migration to new unitary authorities.
Surrey County Council seeks a Microsoft implementation partner to adapt the Microsoft landscape and migrate data from Surrey County Council and Districts and Boroughs in preparation for new East and West unitary authorities. The contract includes a discovery phase to establish the optimal technical and financial solution from four options, followed by implementation of technical changes and license purchases. Key functionality must be established by February 2027 for Vesting Day on 1st April 2027. The initial period is 7 weeks with an extension for implementation, subject to acceptance of quotation, social value, and technical response.
