ESDC seeks 10-year contract for CLB automatic enrolment service.
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking a service provider to deliver the Canada Learning Bond (CLB) automatic enrolment service. The contractor will provide and maintain IT infrastructure and client support for enrolling eligible children in RESPs. The contract duration is 10 years. This procurement is not subject to international trade agreements due to financial services provisions. Unique security requirements apply, including security clearances.
