WSCC seeks temporary accommodation providers for homeless and refugees.
West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is conducting early market engagement to expand temporary accommodation for homeless individuals, refugees, and migrants. They seek providers offering houses, HMO rooms, temporary beds for youth aged 16-17, unregistered accommodation, longer-term flats, and properties needing refurbishment. The engagement is informal and aims to inform future procurement. Providers should submit expressions of interest by 31 July 2026.
