The Canada Lands Company (the Corporation) is seeking a contractor for snow removal services across its grounds, divided into three sectors: West, Centre, and East. Services include recurring snow removal for accumulations of 2.5 cm or more, slush removal, and snow relocation, as well as on-demand services such as snow removal from additional areas, snow transport to external disposal sites, and spreading de-icing materials. The contract covers snow removal seasons from November 1 to April 15 annually, with potential early start. Bidders must be able to service multiple sectors and respond to priority-based schedules.
