MFAT seeks policing support supplier for Timor Leste programme 2026-2031.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) of New Zealand seeks a supplier to support its Policing Support Programme in Timor Leste. The scope includes delivering comprehensive community policing expertise consistent with New Zealand's approach, along with programme support services for a large, complex programme. Suppliers must demonstrate sector experience and a solid track record in an ASEAN or Pacific Islands context. The contract is expected to run from 2026 to 2031. A supplier briefing will be held on 14 July 2026.
