Refurbish 5 classrooms at Waimea College, Nelson.
The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, through Onus Projects, seeks a main contractor to refurbish 5 classrooms and ancillary spaces in the E Block building at Waimea College in Richmond, Nelson. The works must be completed during school holidays and study leave periods, with practical completion required by 28 January 2027. Works may commence as early as September 2026. The contract will be a Medium Works Contract. Site visits are by appointment only. Tenders are due by 10 August 2026.
