Design & build modular accessible bathroom for Whangamata Area School.
Whangamata Area School, under the Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, seeks a main contractor for a design and build contract to deliver a modular LSPM (Learning Support Physical Modification) bathroom. The facility will be a fully accessible universal bathroom including shower, toilet, basin, storage, and space for a change table, to meet student accessibility needs. The works cover off-site fabrication, installation, and all associated site works for a fully compliant and operational facility. The procurement is for a single school in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, with a close date of 1 July 2026.
