Fairfax Multi Academy Trust (FMAT) seeks accredited contractors for statutory estates compliance services across its academies. The contract covers five lots: Fire Safety Compliance, Electrical Safety & Compliance, Water Hygiene & Legionella Control, Gas, Boilers & Pressure Systems, and Lifting Equipment & LOLER Compliance. Contractors must deliver inspection, testing, servicing, certification, and reporting in line with legislation and British Standards, with results uploaded to the HANDSAM compliance system. The initial term is three years with an option to extend. Bidders must be competent and accredited for the relevant lots.
