NEPO DPS for highway infrastructure surveys, open for 5+2 years.
The Association of North East Councils Limited (NEPO) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for highway infrastructure surveys. The DPS will be open to new entrants for its entire lifespan of 5 years with an optional 2-year extension, allowing coverage for changing requirements including new regulations. Public sector organizations in the North East of England will use this DPS to procure a range of highway infrastructure services. Suppliers must register and submit a Request To Participate (RTP) via the Open eTendering system; no other submission methods are accepted. The DPS does not guarantee any minimum order value.
