Procurement for Housing (PfH) Cymru is establishing a Wales-specific framework for decarbonisation, retrofit, and planned works, divided into 12 lots covering solar, insulation, heat pumps, full retrofit, kitchens/bathrooms, roofing, windows/doors, and whole property works. The framework serves the social housing sector, with PfH members managing over 90% of UK social housing stock. Suppliers can apply for one value band per lot pair and must meet requirements set in procurement documents. The framework is split into two regions, with anticipated supplier numbers per lot and region specified in the documentation.
