Intensive support for individuals with multiple complex needs in Bradford.
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council seeks a provider for a Multiple Needs Navigator Service offering intensive, person-centred support to individuals facing overlapping challenges such as homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill-health, domestic abuse, or criminal justice involvement. The service aims to coordinate care across multiple agencies and drive system-wide improvements. A preliminary market engagement meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on 30 July 2026. This notice is a PME under the Provider Selection Regime, not subject to the Procurement Act 2023.
